Created in 1957, BONILAIT has more than 60 years of experience in the drying of dairy ingredients.
BONILAIT is thus one of the French and European leader in the manufacturing and distribution of fat-filled dairy ingredients in powder for the food industry.
Its dairy ingredients are used as milk replacer and are applied in various food applications such as bakeries, biscuits, pastries, chocolates, beverages, confectioneries, ice creams, creams, sauces, process cheeses, yogurts, coffee creamers ….
A dedicated R&D team is listening to your specific needs and can formulate tailor-made products to answer to your market expectations.
The fat-filled dairy ingredients can be formulated with or without flavour, different mixes of vegetable oils, can be instant or not, depending on your needs.
Food security is a great concern for BONILAIT with different certifications: ISO 22000, AEO, Sustainable Palm Oil, HALLAL & KOSHER (Bénestroff plant).
